Office Space Management

  • Let your colleagues know where you're working by setting your daily status as one of: working in the office , working from home, on Location or not working using simple icons for each, displayed in the Schedule page.

  • Create a recurring default routine to save any fixed working patterns e.g. if you always work from home on a Tuesday. Routines can be overridden by changing your Status on your Schedule or the Dashboard.

  • Our live interactive office maps place people's initials over their desk booking and offices space reservations to allow team members to coordinate their seats so they can work together. You can even set favourite desks to allow fast repeat bookings.

  • Create a multiple types of offices spaces bookable by the hour or the day, from any device.

    Spaces are office resources that can be booked, e.g. a desk, room or parking space. Spaces can have any number of seats which can be reserved individually.

    Multiple spaces can be grouped together in an Area as a parent space, e.g. a desk can exist within a quiet working area, on the first floor.

  • We believe the office needs to become a tool for people to help them be more effective and purposeful. The data our software provides will enable you to rethink the way your office is laid out, offering new more specific work-based space options.

Integration

Visitor Management

  • Set up a visitor check-in kiosk by copying the intheOffice software created URL onto a device you want your visitors to use when they arrive.

  • Generate a QR code PDF, and ask your visitors to scan it with their smartphones when they arrive. Once they have checked in, the person they are meeting will receive an email informing them their visitor has arrived.

  • Create visitor bookings, email the visitor and ask them to register via the kiosk link (URL) or use the QR code on their arrival. As the host, you'll be emailed they have arrived.
