If you have more demand than space and need to manage capacity and avoid overbooking, set capacities for each location or office in your instance. You can choose between Desks or People as your criteria and the percentage of capacity.
Manage Capacities
Publish the schedule for a location or office so that it is visible to all people within your company. People can select a location or office from the filter to view where people belonging to this location or office are working.
Publish Location Schedules
Within each location or office you can create working groups or departments and add and administer people within those groups. Each group can have its own Admin reflecting their manager or department head.
Group People Together
Report on office use, favourite/busiest days, capacities etc., for each specific location and then with a single click export that data as a Excel CSV file for sharing or deeper exploration.

Create office or location-specific hot desks, office spaces, dog beds, lockers and car parking spaces etc., bookable across your instance in time formats to suit your teams’ and business’ needs.
Add Location-Specific Work Spaces
Instantly visualise the live status of the hot desks, offices and other flexible work spaces in your locations or offices, showing the initials of team members’ also having booked or reserved work spaces.
