Flexible Desk Booking
All the hot desks, working areas, offices and boardrooms that are available in your organisation - for the selected office - you are able to book for the day. Book one or multiple desks or rooms for a time period to suit you. When a hot desk or office space is booked, an icon with your initials will appear on that hot desk or office space.
Multiple Space Options
Spaces are office resources that can be booked, e.g. a desk, room, dog bed or parking space. Spaces can have any number of seats which can be reserved individually. Multiple spaces can be grouped together in an Area as a parent space, e.g. a desk can exist within a quiet working area, on the first floor.
Add Maps
Within the various Spaces and Areas, add a map to visualise the layout of the office space they can book.
Split Days
In the office in the morning and then client meeting in the afternoon? Divide your daily status into AM and PM to set different statuses based on your location.
Book Hourly or Daily
Flexibility to have hot desks, office spaces, dog beds, lockers and car parking spaces etc., bookable in time formats to suit your team and business’ needs.
