Generate a QR code PDF, and ask your visitors to scan it with their smartphones when they arrive. Once they have checked in, the person they are meeting will receive an email informing them their visitor has arrived.

Create visitor bookings, email the visitor and ask them to register via the kiosk link (URL) or use the QR code on their arrival. As the host, you'll be emailed they have arrived.
