Multiweek View
New Feature - Premium Subscribers
We have added the ability to have multiple views in the Schedule page of intheOffice. Our mission is to enable people and teams to collaborate more freely and effectively, so enabling more expansive time frame gives at-a-glace planning for the chosen Space, and the people who work from there.
We built this feature as a request from clients having team members who work 2 days-a-week from home and 3 days-a-week in the office, then the following week reverse it, therefore ensuring full-time coverage in the office.

Multiweek Detail
From the main Schedule, there is now a dropdown menu allowing you to choose your Schedule view.
You have four options to choose from, three views and the ability to hide weekends if your business does not need them to show.
Schedule - Day View
Immediately book Spaces or Desks next to the teams or people you need to collaborate with - or you just enjoy working with!
Schedule - Day View Booking & Reviewing
The icons represent the Spaces and Desks that are available to book. If your Status is in the office, you can book from this option. If you Status is anything else, you can only view when hovered over.
Schedule - Week View
Scan the team’s statuses as a week to view, see the capacity each day and update statuses, split days or book a room/seat.
Schedule - Week View Booking & Reviewing
The weekly view has not changed in the upgrade. You still have full functionality and are able to change Statuses and book Spaces and Desks by clicking on the three dots, opening the Spaces window, and making your selection.
Schedule - Multiweek View
This Multiweek view enables you to plan your most effective times to be in the office over a longer period - or find when it’s quiet!
Schedule - Multiweek View Booking & Reviewing
The Booking functionality from the weekly view has been ported over to Multiweek view. Like in Week View, you are able to change Statuses and book Spaces and Desks by clicking on the Status icon, again opening the Spaces window.
