New Feature - Premium Subscribers
Previously in Spaces you will have seen Cards representing the various offices, hotdesks, car parking or even dog beds, to name a few options, that were available in the location/office space selected which could be viewed, checked or booked - hourly or by the day.
intheOffice’s latest addition is Space Plan, our answer to a live, interactive floor plan. Further extending our mission to make hybrid working and the resulting office space management a breeze, you can now see where there is space for deep thinking or guarantee that you sit next to that special work colleague you really gel with - all to ensure your in the office days are the most productive and collaborative.

Space Plan Detail
Interactive icons
These interactive icons are the live, interactive floorplan showing the remaining free places/seats for the Space and the initials of a colleague already booked into that Desk/Seat/Space. Only the Spaces that can be booked for a FULL DAY are shown in the Plan view. Desks/Seats/Spaces booked by the hour will be displayed in the Cards menu.
Above: The four daily Status icons - found on the Dashboard or Schedule pages - represent where a person is working from, in order:
Tick icon = in the office
Tripple dots = opens the Bookings & Spaces window
House icon = working from home
Offsite icon = on location
No entry icon = away/vacation
Day View
On the Schedule page, selecting Day from the dropdown, a view of all the Spaces and Desks can viewed - and booked if your Status is ito for the day in question. The green circles are filled with the initials of colleagues, allowing you to see who else is in on that day. The example above is zoomed in to show the icons.
Week View
In the Week view, by clicking on the three dots in the Status for the day chosen, you will open a new Spaces window. Select Plan and you can see all the bookable options, including Hover over an icon with your mouse to view and book. As with the day view, the green icons represent your colleague’s initials.
Multiweek View
From this new expanded view, to check what Spaces are available and see the Plan, click on the tick icon (the three dots do not show due to space restrictions). This will open up the same Spaces window and then click on Plan to book a Space, Desk, Parking place and so on.
